The EROWA Robot Compact loads one or two machines with workpieces of up to 30kg. It’s extremely lean design still enables it to provide up to 50 pallet positions of 148mm diameter or 160 pallets of 72mm diameter. Work pieces up to 200 x 150mm and 190mm diameter are just some of the many various combinations possible with Robot Compact.
This is particularly useful for the production of small parts on 5 axis milling, grinding, CMM and EDM. Unattended operation, at night and weekend, is assured with production autonomy of up to 40 hours (with an assumed work piece cycle time of 15 minutes).
EROWA Robot Compact not only operates on extremely little floor space but provides a means of competing with lower wage economies for the manufacture of small series parts.
